Beginner swimmers
Are you new to swimming? The unique methodology of this private lesson allows you to advance at your comfort level and pace. Through gentle guidance, understandable techniques, and exploration in the water, your comfort level will increase and your confidence will soar.
We will work on uncovering your body's innate buoyancy (yep, you float) and, by the end of your private lesson, you'll be using basic swim strokes, submerging yourself, floating in the water, and moving through the water with ease.

Advanced swimmers
This advanced lesson is for adults who are comfortable in the water and are now ready to swim for exercise and fun. You will practice the different swimming strokes, breathing techniques, kicking styles, pulls, and streamlining. Each session will begin with Freestyle work and then will focus on an additional stroke (Breaststroke, Backstroke, or Butterfly-kick) and the accompanying drills.
In this lesson, your skills are improved with the use of props including fins, kickboards, and pull buoys.
