Our Swim for Fitness classes introduce participants to a structured swimming workout with various aquatic drills and exercises. You will learn advanced swimming techniques while burning calories, strengthening muscle, improving cardio and vascular function, muscular flexibility, and, having a great time!

Swim for Fitness classes are created from a combination of core workouts, strength training exercises and swimming workout drills. You will learn to use training snorkels, fins, buoys, and other equipment customized to your personal needs and goals. Our goal is to teach you all of the skills and techniques necessary to make swimming an exercise tool that you can use for a lifetime. We can’t wait to see you in the water!
